Chipmunk Coach. maintains this website, any courses offered and other linked and related sites (the “Site”) for the use of its customers, vendors, students, and other Site users (“Users”) upon agreement to the following terms. Please read the terms carefully before using the Site. Use of this website indicates acceptance of these “Terms of Use” and forms a binding agreement between you and Chipmunk Coach. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use this Site.

Use of Site

Chipmunk Coach. provides various materials, information, quizzes, tests, questions, articles, news and other information on this and related sites and in courses offered through this site (the “Materials”). Chipmunk Coach. authorises each User to view and download one copy of the Materials. Materials may be downloaded and a maximum of one copy of the Materials may be printed provided that Users make no modifications to the Materials and you retain all copyright and other proprietary notices contained in the original Materials on any copies of the Materials. Users may not modify the Materials at this Site in any way or reproduce, share or distribute them. Users will keep all Materials confidential, and will not sell, auction, loan, rent, give away, describe, summarise, or otherwise reveal the Materials or their contents, to any other person or entity. Any breach of these Terms of Use automatically terminates your authorised use of the Site.

Trademark and Copyright

Any unauthorised use of any Materials on this Site may violate copyright, trademark, and other laws.

Access to the course
You will have full access to the course (the 'Program') (including any new and / or updated materials) for a duration of one year from the time of joining.

Fees
In consideration of Your access to 'the Program', you agree to pay the fees, as stated at the time of you joining the course.  You may not cancel or avoid these payments except through the Refund Policy. In the event that any payment is not made, Chipmunk Coach shall immediately suspend your access to the Program.

Refund Policy

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase, but we also want you to give your best effort to carry out the exercises in the course. We provide a 60-day money-back guarantee for the Program. That money-back guarantee is governed by the following terms.

In order to qualify for a refund you must submit proof that you did the work in the course and it did not work for you. In the event that you decide your purchase was not the right decision, within 60 days of enrollment, contact [email protected] and let us know you’d like a refund by the 60th day at 11:59PM.

You must include your completed exercises with your request for a refund. If you request a refund and do not include your completed exercises by the 60th day, you will not be granted a refund.

The work that you need to submit with your request for a refund includes ALL of the following items:

- Your completed brainstorm exercise
- Your completed research spreadsheet
- Your final product specification
- Your supplier communication
- Your responses from suppliers
- Your completed product costs spreadsheet

We will NOT provide refunds more than 60 days following the date of purchase. After day 60, all payments are non-refundable and you are responsible for full payment of the fees for the program regardless if you complete the program.
